hello all it's everybody's favorite shaman-in-training (well maybe, then again maybe not :P )
any ways here's a helpful hint for riding ones self of those winter time sniffles: take equal parts elderberry, yarrow, and pepermint make as an infusion (AKA:a tea) for extra boost dont forget to take your eccinaca :shakefist:
(please note i am not a medical doctor so you should continue on yuor regular course of treatment if this is not your "cup of tea" for all others I encourage you to try it if you will)
